Stephanie Schober currently is a lecturer and programme leader of the BA (Hons) Contemporary Dance at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London, where she teaches across the undergraduate and postgraduate dance courses. Her emphasis is on exploring choreographic and performance practices, creating work with students as well as curating guest lecture and workshop events with visiting artists.
She continues to teach and create work with students internationally.
Previously, Stephanie has written and has been the course leader of the BA (Hons) Dance which is delivered in partnership between DanceEast and the University of Suffolk since September 2018. The work-based degree course is focused on applied dance practices within community, education and health contexts.
Previous commissions and teaching experiences include work with dance and performance students at the University of Northampton, London Metropolitan University, Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Winchester University and London Contemporary Dance School.
Stephanie has completed a PGCHE with the University of East Anglia and the University of Essex and is a HEA fellow.
